The project  is a private initiative trying to open new business opportunities to the citizens of Sderot & all the other villages (Moshavim, Kibbutzim...) that are close to and surrounds the Gaza strip.
In the past few years, those citizens have been suffering from daily rocket attacks and bombing from the Gaza Strip. These never ending bombardments prevent them from living a normal life, in every aspect you can think of. One of the most problematic outcomes of this situation is the great economy damage that was caused to every merchant, businessman or even a salesperson, that their revenue has been continuously decreasing, bringing lots of economy difficulties to them.
Due to all that have been written above, the idea of looks more relevant than ever. This "real" virtual mall will reveal you to products that are being produced in Sderot city, Moshavim & Kibbutzim close to the Gaza Strip. These products are a mixture of items produced by variety of artists and producers, either in their small private studios or in big factories. Allocating a few minutes of your time "wandering" here, and maybe, eventually buying a product from the variety, may show your support to those brave people.
This is a great way for everyone - without reliance of religion, gender or believes, to support those citizens by purchasing whatever you like and need. This is not a charity - that can be your way to show your solidarity and at the same time to benefit from it by purchasing great products.
