Worldwide Shipments !!!
All the items in  are Made in Israel, produced / crafted in Sderot city and the near by villages (Moshavim & Kibbutzim).
Products are being shipped within a few days unless otherwise mentioned. Some of the products are produced by the producers and artists especially per order and are not "ready on the shelf".
We accept orders with different shipping address and payment address - so items purchased in Sderot Mall can be used as gifts to friends and family.
Return/Exchange Policy:
The goods to be returned / exchanged have to be in their closed original packaging and in unused condition.
You need to inform us in advance via Email any return or exchange and get our direction on how to do it - Don't send back for refund or for exchange without those directions.
Exchanged items will be reshipped to you within 2 business days of receipt (if in stock).
All returns or exchanges must be made within 2 weeks after the delivery date.
Returns made within this period are entitled to a refund less 15% restocking costs (Not less then 10 US$ per item). Sorry, we can't refund shipping/handling charges on returned items.
Items that were especially made according to specific instructions may NOT be returned for any reason except defective or damaged product upon your receipt of said product. We must receive your advise of such damage with 48 hours of your receipt of said product. 15% restocking costs (Not less then 10 US$ per item) will be charged and applied to any refund / cancellation.
Pricing mentioned on this website does NOT include any local taxes or duties that might levy on a shipment outside Israel. Every international shipment is accompanied by a customs document that indicates the contents and it's value.
